From someone who has had gnarly cystic acne, yes caffeine DOES effect acne. It’s because it triggers cortisol (your body’s stress hormone) and stress causes acne. Try cutting it out for two weeks and see if it helps. Also cutting down on inflammatory foods (gluten/dairy) really helps a lot. I would highly recommend seeing a naturopath if you’re able to because they will actually do tests to figure out the root cause of the acne rather than giving you some prescription or something like that. Unfortunately dermatologists and esthetician’s are not taught about diet and lifestyle enough to go that route, but it’s much better for your body and skin.

thank you for making this, it really makes me feel less insecure about my acne. it’s normal we all get it and it shouldn’t be something that stops anyone from living life to the fullest 💌

Thank you for showing this Hannah, I used to suffer from really bad acne but then went on Accuatne and it really helped! Also keeping your skin hydrated, sunscreen, water etc. (but I'm sure you probably know all this 😆) Love your videos ❤

I had terrible hormonal acne that left me with red scarring. I’ve had two microneedling facials so far and my skin has had a huge boost in recovery. It doesn’t hurt at all since they put numbing cream on, just a bit of vibration and honestly it feels kind of nice. Feels like all the toxins are being released from my face. And over a 6 month period new collagen forms leaving you with a face of fresh skin. Definitely recommend over getting laser treatment!
